The event is titled, “Be Still: Rediscover God’s Magis Within the Silence.” Mallory Plaster and Vanessa Sibley-Mudd will speak on the Jesuit motto “for the greater glory of God” (Magis). Magis refers to the philosophy of doing more, for Christ, and therefore doing more for others. It is an expression of an aspiration and inspiration. A light dinner will also be served.
