Qi Gong at the MAC
Jan. 20. Qi gong is a movement art form, the body moves intentionally with the breath in repeated simple movements connecting the practitioner with nature. It can be as strenuous or simplified as the practitioner elects. Professionals in stressful positions and elite athletes are adding qi gong to their training finding that it improves focus as well as calming the mind and body. Plus it is fun and feels good. No prior experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothes and recommended to bring water.
