Layer Cake Series: Best Buttercream and Basic Construction

Participants will learn and make a delicious and versatile Swiss meringue buttercream. Basic cake construction will be covered and Mika will share her favorite fillings. Everyone will build and take home a six-inch cake. This is the second in the three-part Layer Cake series.
