Two Cooks with Love Cooking Classes

Nov. 14-15. Nov. 14: Acid Reflux Info and Cooking Class. Menu includes slow cooker chicken and vegetables, Waldorf salmon salad, calm carrot salad, spicy turkey and mustard greens soup, creamy zucchini quiche and cauliflower tater tots. Nov. 15: Home for the Holidays Cooking Class. Menu includes baked brie with honey almond sauce, sausage stuffed mushrooms, spiked homemade egg nog, grilled ribeye with rosemary chimichurri sauce, cranberry Riesling compote, sweet potatoes with brown sugar glaze, turkey cranberry wreath, risotto with wild mushrooms and chocolate, caramel and roasted walnut tart. Classes begin at 5:45 p.m.
