An evening of fun, food and gambling to raise funds for ProStart, a high-school program that teaches students both culinary and restaurant management skills. Featuring action stations and samples from Riverbank Taphouse, Masselow’s, Warrior Distillery and Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits. Food Services of America will make ice cream with liquid nitrogen.
