Open to all ages, genders and abilities. The pageant encourages participants to collect swimsuits for the Make A Splash program and raise funds for Riverfront Park renovations while also offering fun opportunities to show poise in a gown or suit, fashion model in a “Spokane Pride” themed outfit, practice public speaking through a personal introduction and answer questions. Participants can compete for awards through various optional competitions.
