Historic Venue Cooking Class: Gnocchi

In this hands-on cooking class, Commellini Estate’s executive chef Jeannie Lincoln will teach attendees how to create gnocchi pasta. On the menu: Rustic Italian bread, Caesar salad, garlic parmesan gnocchi served with one of three sauces: marinara, bolognese meat sauce or white wine alfredo. Each participant will receive a recipe card to take home.
