Keynote Speaker Idella King will deliver presentation entitled “Community Healing Through Female Indigenous Ideologies.” Three workshops including “Discovering Your Rituals of Self-Care” by Donell Barlow, Certified Holistic Health Coach; “Tapping Your Power Within” by Bethany Montgomery and Power 2 the Poetry; and “Developing Self Compassion through Guided Meditation and Soundscapes” by Carmen Pacheco-Jones and Mokeph GardenSpider. Held in the Lair Student Center.
