Brunch and Bubble Cooking Class: Breakfast Focaccia

Hands-on cooking class. Learn the basics of focaccia bread and master the Italian egg dish frittata. On the menu is fruit salad, breakfast focaccia with eggs, Italian sausage, cherry tomatoes chiffonade fresh basil, parmesan and mozzarella miniature frittatas florentine. Each participant will receive a recipe card to take home.
