Blacksmithing Hammer-In with Columbia Fire & Iron

For first-timers and returning black smiths. Learn the basics of traditional blacksmithing then move on to more advance projects such as forging steer heads and spring latches and handles. An open forge area is provided for supervised individual projects. Morning and afternoon sessions offered with a cap of 24 students. Attendees can sign-up for multiple sessions. Register at columbiafireandiron.org. Sessions are April 27 and 28, 7:45 a.m.-noon or to 5 p.m.
