Mother’s Day Ballroom Brunch
Breakfast selections include breads, pastries, fruit, Eggs Benedict and ricotta cheese blintzes. Belgian waffle station includes made to order waffles with toppings, berries, whipped cream and maple syrup. Entrees and carving stations feature honey and black pepper roasted salmon, chicken piccatta with lemon and thyme, baron of beef with brandy thyme au jus and bourbon maple glazed pit ham. Chilled seafood includes snow crab legs, Chinese barbecue pork with wasabi mustard, and marinated mussels. Salad station, baked goods and desserts also available.
