Hydroplane History Double Feature Fundraiser
A double feature of “Madison,” the story of a man’s struggle to fly in the 1971 Madison, Indiana hydro-plane directed by William Bindley (2001), and a documentary short film, “The Roaring Giants,” filmed during the 1962 Diamond Cup unlimited hydroplane race on Lake Coeur d’Alene. Tickets can be purchased at the Museum of North Idaho, Hayden Discount Cinemas, Nickel’s Worth publishing office, Angel Gallery and Comfort Inn and Suites on Appleway. Benefits the Coeur d’Alene Hydromaniacs. The films show at 4 and 7 p.m. and will be preceded by an introduction.
