Visit participating businesses to be entered into a drawing for 12 gift certificates. Valid Nov. 5-7. Winners drawing Nov. 7, 4 p.m. Participating businesses include: Grammy G’s Quilt Shops, Swale, Needful Things, Open Eye Consignment, Linda’s Whimsey’s, Palouse Caboose, The Congress, The Bank Left Gallery, Palouse Family Foods and Effie’s Beauty Shoppe.
