Kootenai Co. Jail polygraph report

An Idaho State Police report on polygraph testing of Kootenai County Jail employees. Some jail employees saw the facility as their own personal drug store, taking advantage of such lax controls security and storage protocols over inmate medications that Idaho State Police would eventually launch a yearlong investigation, documents obtained by The Spokesman-Review show.
