Vernon Baker buried at Arlington
Medal of Honor recipient Vernon J. Baker was buried Friday, Sept. 24, 2010, at Arlington National Cemetery. Before his death, Baker, of St. Maries, was the only living black World War II veteran to receive the Medal of Honor for uncommon valor.
