Taverns last stand
The neighborhood tavern may be on its last legs. As more and more pubs/bars started serving liquor, only 13 taverns remain in the city of Spokane and three in Spokane Valley. Most of those are ciderworks or paint and sip places. However two family owned taverns, the Hub Tavern and Moezy Tavern still thrive on North Monroe Street.
