Then and Now: The Lang Building

The Lang Building, also called the Washington Building, Washington Hall or the Harmonia Hall, wasn't an architectural highlight of downtown Spokane, but it was notable as one of the first homes for the Grand Army of the Republic, the fraternal organization for veterans of the Civil War.
