Sandpoint Chocolate Bear now rooted in Spokane Valley
Carrie and Dennis Powell rebuilt their Sandpoint Chocolate Bear business after a fire destroyed it and several others in February. The chocolate shop, which has been open since this summer, is now located at 11425 E. Trent Avenue.
