Pedestrian underpass at Camp Easton on Lake Coeur d’Alene

The Inland Northwest Council, and Boy Scouts of America at Camp Easton on Lake Coeur d’Alene held a ribbon cutting on Thursday, July 18, 2019. The ceremony was held to officially unveil the long-awaited pedestrian underpass project that finally links both sides of the camp underneath highway 97 in Harrison, Idaho. Local donors, community supporters, neighbors and Scouters were in attendace. Before the completion of the tunnel, campers had to cross the busy highway several times a day.
