2017 - The former insurance office and Spokane Catholic Diocese headquarters building at 1023 W. Riverside Avenue is now a multiple use office building owned by Centennial Real Estate, an affiliate of the Cowles Company, which also publishes The Spokesman-Review. Architect Gustav Pehrson remodeled a 1910 brick building in Italian Renaissance revival style in 1923.
