Darlene Kruse makes tissue box covers
Darlene Kruse, slowed by her recovery from a broken leg a few years ago, began making tissue box covers out of plastic canvas and yarn in her TV chair at her Shadle Park area home, shown Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2021. She’s made enough that she’ll begin selling them online and, possibly, at fall craft shows. She also decorates them with beads, ribbon, charms and other baubles.
