Spokane River bank erosion
Dave Mielke lives along the Spokane River between the Argonne bridge and Boulder Beach. He says the county has imposed a no wake zone on that stretch. BUT, the county isn't doing a good job enforcing it. Boats are going by too fast, he says, creating wakes.
