While listening to Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway to Heaven” in his golf cart, Paul Hamilton, the self-proclaimed “unofficial Sheriff of Hillyard,” chats with a neighbor near the corner of Greene Street and Olympic Avenue on Aug. 3 as the North Spokane Corridor northbound ramp is under construction in the background. Hamilton died Monday, Aug. 7 at 66 years old.
