Germond Block

Agave features south-of-the-border food with a great selection of regional wine as well as cocktails, including tequila bar. The 1890 Germond Block rose from the ashes of the Great Fire in 1889 and is one of 15 remaining from that period. Eugene Germond, a French Swiss immigrant, ran a saloon that sold Guiness on tap and fine European liquors.
