Summary

Amanda Mapes drove in two runs during Shadle Park's four-run seventh-inning rally to come from behind and beat host Central Valley 9-8 in GSL slowpitch softball Tuesday. Mapes two-RBI single in the final frame highlighted her 3-for-4 game for the Highlanders. Breanna Barnes endured seven rocky innings to earn the win for Shadle Park. McKynzie Adams went 2 for 4 with 3 RBIs for the Bears, who host Gonzaga Prep for a double-header on Thursday. Shadle Park visits Mead for two games on Thursday.
