Summary

Lewis and Clark senior Karver Pate's bid for a perfect game ended with two outs in the seventh inning, but his stellar performance lifted the Tigers past Mead 6-0 in a Greater Spokane League game at Mead.

Pate struck out 13 and allowed just one walk. He also had two hits and drove in two runs.
