Summary

Shadle Park scored four of its five runs in the fourth inning en route to a 5-2 victory over visiting Rogers that kept the Highlanders tied for first place in the Greater Spokane League with University. Twins Leslie and Laurie Jones were a combined 5 for 8 for Shadle with a pair of RBIs during the big inning. Macey Finch and Alexis Kortness had fourth-inning RBIs for Rogers. The Pirates' Cassandra Shaw struck out seven in a complete game.
