Summary

Emma Kennedy posted a double-double as University snapped a three-game losing streak with a 49-25 triumph over visiting North Central.

Kennedy led all players with 11 points and 11 rebounds. She also had four steals. She was the only player to reach double-figure scoring.

The Titans shot 35% for the game, but won comfortably thanks to strong defense, as they held the Indians to just 16% from the field.

Both teams have one regular season game remaining. NC can clinch a 3A playoff spot with a win against Rogers, while University is locked into the No. 5 seed in 4A and will face either Mead or Lewis and Clark when the postseason begins. They close up the regular season Thursday at Shadle Park.
