Summary

Rachel Wright railed off two home runs to power Northwest Christian to a 10-8 win over Colfax in the first of a doubleheader on Wednesday.

Down 8-4 in the top of the sixth, Colfax scored four runs to tie the game. In the bottom of the sixth, Catie Nygren's hit drove in the winning run and Ellie Frey added one more RBI for Northwest Christian, who finished with five errors opposite Colfax's zero.

Mattea Nelson finished with five strikeouts and got the win at the mound and Jordan Rabe went 3 for 4 for Northwest Christian.
