Summary

Rachel Barsness singled in the winning run, and Cheney capped a wild comeback with a 14-13 win over visiting West Valley on Tuesday in a Great Northern League game.

The Blackhawks trailed 13-6 entering the bottom of the seventh, but pushed across eight runs. Barsness capped the rally by driving in Cheyanne Gleave.

Maddie Kallsen homered and drove in four runs for Cheney, while Meghan Krantz also homered and scored three runs.

Morgan Ulbright had four hits for the Eagles, including a triple and a home run, and batted in six runs.

All three of the game's homers came in the first inning.
