What happened:

Maddy DeMarco went 2 for 3 with five RBI's and Gonzaga Prep defeated visiting Ferris 17-2 on Friday. The game began on Tuesday the 28th but due to weather and conditions on the field it was picked up in the third inning on Friday. Pitchers Rachel Valdez, Jaydn Raley-Jones and Genevieve Hose combined for eight strikeouts and two runs allowed on the game. Freshman Dallas Young went 2 for 4 with a double and a triple.
