Northwest Christian won their third game on Saturday, 4-2 over DeSales, to capture the 2B Regional Championship at Richland. Hannah Hustad spun another gem on the mound, striking out 11 while allowing just three hits. The Crusaders used a team effort on offense, including two hits each from Lauren Taylor, Sara Miller and Hustad, plus a three-run homer from Mackenzie Gray. The Crusaders now go to State as the top seed from the region, while DeSales is the second seed.
