Mead swept Ferris 25-18, 25-18, 25-12 in GSL league action on Tuesday. The Panthers' Hannah Absalonson finished with 15 assists and three aces and Kellie Egan had nine kills in the win. Payton Douglass had a match-high 26 digs in Mead's win. Central Valley will travel to face the Panthers on Saturday at noon in the District 8 4A championship.

University def. Ferris

University remained in a three way tie atop the Greater Spokane League with a 25-20, 25-3, 25-14 triumph over Ferris. Titan's outside hitter Sydney Schlect had a strong performance, tallying 11 kills and six digs to lead U-High. Teammate Kylie Collins celebrated senior night with 14 assists and six digs as well, while Alex Douglas smashed nine aces. University (7-1 GSL) closes out the regular season on Tuesday against North Central.
