Ruffed Grouse, Turnbull Refuge, Cheney, 01-23-24
I wish to let you know I was published in the last 30 days and I would normally not resubmit for awhile but this is a special type of sighting. The Ruffed Grouse is NOT an endangered bird but is what they refer to as an "uncommon sighting," of the grouse family, this fellow is "extremely" reclusive. So special a Turnbull sighting that both the "Friends of Turnbull," and the Refuge themselves have both requested the image be placed on their websites. I thought you might like to take a look at this special encounter of a special bird from our Spokane Refuge. Thanks.
