The following people were released from Washington State Department of Corrections facilities in July. Some were convicted of more than one offense; only the most serious offense is listed. Credit for time served in county facilities was subtracted from the total sentence. Inmates are eligible for a sentence reduction of up to one-third for good behavior. For a variety of reasons, some people serve more time than their original sentence.

Harold Thomas Convicted in Pierce of firstdegree robbery. Total sentence 2,343 days; time served 1,505 days. Released to Spokane County.

Jackie Skelton Convicted in Spokane County of first-degree robbery. Total sentence 3,192 days; time served 1,618 days. Released to California.

Kenneth Forgey Convicted in Spokane County of indecent liberties. Total sentence 2,322 days; time served 1,729 days. Released to King County.

Bradley Phillips Convicted in Spokane County of second-degree burglary. Total sentence 730 days; time served 1,135 days. Released to Spokane County.

David Templeton Convicted in Spokane County of a drug crime. Total sentence 1,001 days; time served 959 days. Released to Spokane County.

Robert Hank Convicted in Spokane County of a sex crime. Total sentence 1,825 days; time served 846 days. Released to Spokane County.

Robert Hatch Convicted in Spokane County of second-degree burglary. Total sentence 760 days; time served 378 days. Released to Florida.

Samuel Morales Convicted in King County of a drug crime. Total sentence 730 days; time served 484 days. Released to Spokane County.

Mario Lopez Convicted in Spokane County of a drug crime. Total sentence 639 days; time served 379 days. Released to U.S. Immigrations.

Evan Smith Convicted in Benton County of child sex abuse. Total sentence 456 days; time served 289 days. Released to Spokane County.

Kory Stonecipher Convicted in Spokane County of a drug crime. Total sentence 456 days; time served 217 days. Released to Spokane County.

Jonathan Fielder Convicted in Spokane County of second-degree burglary. Total sentence 456 days; time served 175 days. Released to Spokane County.

James Stafford Convicted in Spokane County of second-degree burglary. Total sentence 1,004 days; time served 631 day. Released to Thurston County.
