COEUR D’ALENE POLICE

A threat was scratched into the paint on the driver’s side door of Patrick Pacheco’s ‘91 Chevy while it was parked at his residence in the 3100 block of Fourth St., he reported Wednesday. Damage is estimated at $300.

A Honda Civic was stolen Friday from Jacqueline Hodge. It was parked near Fifth and Sherman and is estimated to be worth $2,000.

Two computers worth $4,600 were stolen from Hollandsworth Group, 745 N. Fourth St. C.J. Hollandsworth, owner of the company, reported the theft Friday.

Clarence Vedder III reported Tuesday the theft of furniture, electronic equipment and miscellaneous items valued at $6,000 from his residence in the 2000 block of Front Avenue.

About $2,000 in damage was caused to five 1994 vehicles parked at Parker Toyota’s new car lot at 470 Kathleen Ave. Mike White, manager, reported Wednesday that someone took a sharp object and scratched the paint along the driver’s side of each car.

KOOTENAI COUNTY SHERIFF

Timothy Richard, Laclede, reported the theft of an estimated $3,000 in timber from property around Black Lake.

Lori Hyatt, Hayden, reported Wednesday the $3,140 theft of stereo equipment and jewelry from her home in the 8200 block of Ridgewood Drive.

David Hudson reported Tuesday that six checks were stolen from his business, Diversified Steel Buildings, and three were cashed for $1,476.
