The bride is the daughter of Tom and Debbie Carney, Spokane. The bridegroom is the son of Don and Jane Hoene, Cottonwood, Idaho.

A reception was held at the Red Lion Inn. The Hoenes are living in Moscow after a honeymoon to Disneyland.
