5 Accused Of Murder

Five youths, including two brothers ages 12 and 13, were charged with murder Thursday for allegedly setting a homeless man on fire in a park.

The suspects, all of whom live near Marcus Garvey Park, were arrested in the death of Albert Jackson, 38. His burned body was discovered May 9.

Four of the youths also were charged in the near-fatal assault of another man in the park in April.
