Comments Due Sept. 1

The Washington Fish and Wildlife Department is urging anglers who want to recommend changes for the 1996 fishing regulations to write for special forms as soon as possible.

Deadline for submitting the recommendations is Sept. 1.

Anglers can obtain forms by writing to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Sportfishing Regulations Committee, 600 Capitol Way North, Olympia, WA 98501-1091, or by calling (360) 902-2700.

Round-table discussions will be held throughout the state in November. Public hearings on proposals for changes of regulations will be held Dec. 8 and 9. New rules will be adopted in February.
