Air Quality

The following air quality complaints were made between Dec. 11 and Dec. 15, according to the Spokane County Air Pollution Control Authority:

Dec. 11

Smoke and odor from a solid fuel burning device, such as a wood stove or fireplace was reported at 1909 E. Central at 6:48 p.m.

Dec. 12

Smoke from a solid fuel burning device was reported at 13616 E. Seventh at 2 p.m.

Smoke from a solid fuel burning device was reported at 803 E. Garland at 2:35 p.m.

Dec. 13

Smoke from a solid fuel burning device was reported at 1728 E. 40th at 3:50 p.m.

Idling of vehicles at Brian Smith Trucking Co. was reported at 2:10 p.m.

Dec. 14

Open fire was reported at 303 W. Cascade Way at 12:30 p.m.

Dec. 15

Smoke from a solid fuel burning device was reported at 1815 E. 41st at 4:03 p.m.

Open fire was reported at 24th and Dishman-Mica at 3:45 p.m.

Open fire was reported at 24th and Dishman-Mica at 4:20 p.m.

Open fire was reported at Highway 195, south of 65th, in Hangman Valley at 11:30 a.m.
