Owens-Corning, Delsan Strike Deal

Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corp. acquired the business of Delsan Industries Inc. of St. Louis, a fabricator of vinyl windows, patio doors and accessories, Owens-Corning said Tuesday.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

In a press release, Owens-Corning said Delsan Industries’ sales were $10 million for the fiscal year ended March 31, 1995.

For its year ended Dec. 31, 1994, Ownes-Corning reported sales of $3.4 billion.

Owens-Corning, based here, makes and sells thermal and acoustical insulation products.
