Second District Judge Ronald Schilling has sentenced Patrick Oar to five to 15 years in prison for two counts of sexual battery of a minor.

Schilling said Wednesday that he would caution the parole board to “keep a skeptical eye” on whether Oar is ready to return to society after his minimum fiveyear term.

Oar, 37, was found guilty in December of luring two teenage girls to a Lewiston motel room with promises of lucrative modeling jobs. At the motel, he gave them liquor and directed them in performing sexually suggestive acts.

One of the girls, age 17, said she passed out from too much liquor and Oar’s companion then had sex with her. Ryan B. Andersen, 22, pleaded guilty to rape and in a plea agreement was placed on probation for three years.
