The San Francisco 49ers assistant coach in charge of physical development, Jerry Attaway, will be a featured clinician at a Northwest Regional Coaches & Athletes seminar March 3-4 at the Spokane Club.

Strength, conditioning and nutrition for optimal athletic performance is the subject of the clinic open to coaches and athletes in all sports. Cost is $75, $20 for high school athletes. The Washington Interscholastic Activities Association has approved 8 clock hours for coaching certification. Fee includes a continental breakfast and lunch at the Spokane Club.

Other clinicians will be Kevin Graffis, Washington State University’s director of physical development; Dr. Reid Elam, WSU professor of kinesiology; and either Dale Baskett, a speed development expert, or Rick Sloan, WSU track and field coach.
