The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation is raffling tickets for a special elk hunt in South Dakota’s Custer State Park.

The state authorized the hunt to raise funds for habitat conservation projects to boost elk and other wildlife.

This is the fifth year the foundation is organizing the drawing, which will take place May 13. Tickets cost $10 each or three for $25. Only South Dakota residents will be eligible to win the tag, although non-residents can win other prizes such as a guns and knives. Info: (605) 673-2396.
