Group Will Discuss ‘Creating The Future’
A grass-roots group will discuss ways to preserve Spokane’s environment and quality of life in the 21st century in a meeting Jan. 11.
“Creating the Future as Family” will be held at the public library from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
The group held a gathering at The Davenport Hotel in November where 20 years earlier the international forum, “Creating the Future,” was held as part of Expo ‘74.
This meeting will focus on creating a safe and healthy environment for future generations. Topics of discussion will include communication skills, intergenerational goal setting and family meetings for today’s lifestyle.
The meeting is open to the public.
