Liquor Licenses
Mary and James Alderman, have received a $2,000 penalty in order to vacate a suspension of liquor-license privileges. The penalty was paid by the Aldermans, who hold a license to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales at Jake’s Steak Pit, 113 Lake Street, Medical Lake. The licensees were accused of failing to have at least five entrees available for service to the public for at least five hours a day.
Buckhorn Inn Inc. has applied for a transfer license to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales at the Buckhorn Inn, W13311 Sunset Highway, Airway Heights. The license is currently held by Noreen and Gary Pederson, doing business as the Buckhorn Inn.
Marc Mancuso has applied for a transfer license for a tavern restricted to selling wines with less than 14 percent alcohol at the Northern Corner Tavern, S230 Washington. The license is currently held by Karen Thompson, doing business as the Northern Corner.
Spokane Falls Corp. has applied for a transfer license to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales at C.I. Shenanigan’s, N322 Spokane Falls Court, The license is currently held by Ram International Ltd., doing business as C.I. Shenanigan’s.
Datamak Inc. has received a penalty of $2,500 in order to vacate a suspension of liquorlicense privileges. The monetary penalty was paid by Datamak, which holds a license to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales at Scrapbook-South, E3023 28th. The licensee, or an employee, was charged with allowing persons under age 21 to remain on the licensed premises and of supplying liquor to a person under 21.
William Howland has received a penalty of $500 in order to vacate a suspension of licensed-agent privileges. Howland is a licensed agent for Joey August Distributors. Howland was accused of misrepresenting himself as a Liquor Control Board enforcement agent to employees of a retail licensed premises.
Hour Place Inc. has received a license to sell spirituous liquor, beer, and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales at Hour Place Restaurant & Lounge, W415 Sprague.
D.G.S. Enterprises Inc. has received a tavern license at Broadway 51 Tavern, W1911 Broadway.
