Southern Cal’s Jacque Jones hit a tworun homer in the fourth inning and added an RBI single in the sixth to give the United States a 3-2 exhibition baseball victory over Canada.

Hawaii’s Mark Johnson pitched 2 2/3 innings of scoreless relief for the victory and Rice’s Matt Anderson got the save.

The U.S., which faces Nicaragua today and Thursday in Homestead, swept its three-game series with Canada to improve to 10-2 on its 35-game tour.
