Mario Ready For Le Mans

Mario Andretti and teammates Bob Wollek and Eric Helary of France, for the second day in a row, had the best time in trials for the Le Mans 24 Hours race at Le Mans, France.

Their Courage Porsche C34 was clocked in 3 minutes, 48.76 seconds for the 8.45-mile circuit for an average of 133.016 mph.

Their time was almost four seconds faster than Wednesday’s performance, when they also led.

The race begins Saturday afternoon.
