Wednesday is a first-aid clinic at Cavanaugh’s River Inn at 8 a.m. Thursday and Friday, same time and place, are coaches clinics with coaches from the Washington State, Eastern Washington and Idaho staffs.

There is a community dinner for the athletes on Tuesday, with Spokane-area families taking a couple players into their homes or restaurants for dinner.

The Athletic Round Table, which is sponsoring the game, is holding a barbecue dinner at GU for the players on Wednesday.

Thursday the players are attending the Spokane Indians baseball game. The East-West game will be broadcast on KTRW radio and tape-delayed on the KXLY-Extra TV station.
