The Eagle’s Nest Restaurant has received a transfer license to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales at the City Lights Restaurant and Lounge, 923 E. Third.

Fugazzi Bakery & Cafe Inc. has received a bar license to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales at Fugazzi Bakery & Cafe, 1 N. Post. The new license is in lieu of the existing license to sell beer and wine for onpremises consumption in conjunction with food sales and beer, and wine of less than 14 percent alcohol, for off-premises consumption.

Linnies II Inc. has been approved for a license to sell wine and bottled beer for onpremises consumption in conjunction with food sales at Linnies II, 2526 E. 29th.

Robert Gariepy has been approved for a license to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales at Great Scott Pub & Grill, 5517 S. Regal.

Outback Jack’s World Famous Kangaroo Klub Inc. has been approved for a restricted license to sell wines with less than 14 percent alcohol at Outback Jack’s World Famous Kangaroo Klub, 321 W. Sprague.

Sea-Grape Inc. has applied for a license to sell wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales and for offpremises consumption at Sea-Grape, 1314 S. Grand Blvd.

Ben and Jean Wang have applied for a license to sell wine and bottled beer for onpremises consumption in conjunction with food sales at Chinese Garden Restaurant, 1106 1st, Cheney.
